Confused? Good. People wander through the doors and ask the same thing. “Is this a gym?” Well… yes. “No, hang on… is it a pub?” Not exactly. Then what on earth is this place? We Don’t Do Beer is a different kind of gym. One where the workouts aren’t for your biceps — they’re for life, love and relationships. Before you panic, no one is going to make you run on a treadmill while discussing your feelings.

We’re simply here to support men. Yes, you. Because life can be brilliant… or frankly a bit rubbish… depending on what’s happening in your relationships. Maybe you’re thinking about dating and have no clue where to start. Maybe you’re already in a relationship and trying to work things out. Maybe communication feels like hard work. Maybe you’ve been ghosted, dumped, heartbroken or left wondering what happened. Or perhaps you’re navigating separation or divorce and trying to rebuild life one day at a time. Whatever brings you here, pull up a stool.

We may look a little comical on the outside — a gym that sounds like a pub and politely refuses beer — but underneath the humour sits something genuine. Heart. Because men don’t always get many spaces where they can talk honestly about relationships, confidence and life without being judged, lectured or sold some ridiculous “become an alpha in 24 hours” nonsense. That’s not us.

We believe relationships, confidence and communication are skills. And like anything worth improving, they can be trained. So no, we don’t do beer. We do support. We do perspective. We do laughter. We do straight talking. And most importantly — we help men navigate life, love and everything in between.
